Learn a valuable skill while helping others plan for their future.
We are looking for a self-motivated, computer-fluent individual to train as a Social Security Advisor.
No Social Security experience is required—we'll teach you. Over 3–6 months, you'll train alongside experienced and certified advisors to learn how Social Security and Medicare work and how to explain these programs clearly to clients.
You'll gain specialized knowledge that can benefit you professionally today—and personally when it's time to make your own Social Security and Medicare decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Assist clients by phone with Social Security and Medicare questions.
- Gather client information and accurately enter it into our systems.
- Explain complicated rules in clear, easy-to-understand language.
- Maintain detailed client records and protect confidential information.
- Work with experienced advisors to provide excellent client service.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort working with technology throughout the day.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Ability to navigate multiple programs and screens and learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Professional, patient, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Call center or phone-based customer service experience is a plus.
- Social Security or Medicare experience is a plus, but not required.
